Brian (Dag) Houston - Creator

Dag started VideoSift in February 2006 as a little summer project. He was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska but currently lives on the Gold Coast of Australia. Dag is a refugee from the Pay TV industry and besides VideoSift, works as a consultant on various web and video projects.

James Roe - Operations Manager

James grew up in Greenville SC. At a young age he started playing with computers, and his sagacious elders fostered his love of this nascent industry. After numerous computer camps and years of PC gaming he moved on to feeding off the Internet. In the "real world" he is a mild mannered student by day at Clemson University as well as an occasional Web Developer, but at night he trolls the Internet for humorous as well as insightful anecdotes and videos. While currently trapped in the South East he is planning an escape to the West Coast.

Rommel Santor - Software Architect / IT Director

Rommel joined the VideoSift team in August 2006. He has lived in Orange County, California all his life where he worked as a software developer in the airline industry for 13 years before focusing solely on developing web architecture. His passion is designing and building from scratch standalone software systems from back-end to front. He built the back-end software for VideoSift from the ground up.

Martin "Ren" White - Graphic Designer

Ren is a 27 year old living in Sydney, Australia. After a short career in IT support and professional computer gaming, he has developed into a freelance 2d/3d artist and computer game designer (portfolio). He is currently employed as a designer for an Urban Design/Town Planning company. Apart from helping out on Videosift, he has a small development studio made up of friends known as Slowchop Studios. They have projects ranging from gravity simulators to gaming websites. His hobbies include surfing, football, playing the guitar and Videosift - because it offers something different and entertaining every day.
