Two women house speakers were deprived the right to speak by the Republican house majority for not observing the appropriate "decorum". Apparently it is a breach of decorum to speak of a woman's reproductive organs when discussing a bill that legislates on female reproductive rights. It's perfectly decorous however, according to the Republicans, to force women to go through funeral arrangements for aborted foetuses.
