It's funny that I don't really respect the talents of any of the people that hate Obama(excluding Clint), and kind of like those that like Obama.

I was taken aback by a few who DIDN'T like Obama ... then again, since I don't know them personally, I shouldn't really be surprised. =o)

and to alllllll the other stars out there (and that's a heapin' shitload of em) that could give a fuck about Obama/Romney/politics??....There's the folks who have a clue and are doing something for humanity....They are keeping their political delusions to themselves instead of using status as some fairy-gas or agenda....

I'd like to see both "candidates" on one of those whistle stop campaigns except there would be only a locomotive engine covered in C4 for each candidate and they would be moving towards each other on the same track, throttle wide open-

I felt exactly the same. Regarding Clint; He is still the man, but in supporting Romney I think his fan base will have shrunk considerably (not that he would give a f*ck).

I don't think people really get what Clint was doing. He was obviously giving a Dadaist performance in favor of Obama. Did you notice how all of the things he yelled at Invisible Obama for were actually things that Bush II set in motion (Afghanistan war), things the Republicans in Congress explicitly blocked (Gitmo's still open), and things that Romney's currently wanting to do?

It was performance art.

Even though I upvoted this video. I do have to criticize it a bit...well maybe not the video, but simply the mentality of why we even care what celebrities think.

Republicans get worked up when celebrities seem to flock to Obama, but as this video shows, there are plenty of celebrities who lean right. It's a false argument.

Sure there are plenty of celebrities who take issues seriously and get involved, but generally speaking, I DON'T CARE WHAT CELEBRITIES THINK. Their problems are not my problems. They are somewhat removed from the average person's struggle.

They are entertainers, they aren't any better than you and in certain cases, worse.

I think the video is a criticism of that mentality. Look how fast we can throw celebrity testimonials at you, just the like-or-hate is all we seem to want, and they matter about as much as a picture of a dog in a thong. So, well upvoted!>> ^VoodooV:

Astute observation ... that was my take on it too. [plus the catchy, mind numbing hook ... I was hip-mo-tized] =o)

Now that I know what popular musicians and actors think, I can go make informed, educated voting decisions of my own.

I don't understand all the irritation toward Hollywood types who voice opinions on issues, as if it's believed their opinions are more important because they are "stars" or something. If I felt strongly about something and was asked about it, or just had cameras pointed at me all the time, I'd sure as hell use whatever medium was available to me to rant or rave about it.

Remember to get your pets spayed or neutered. Save the whales. The oil industry is hiding a 100mpg engine that runs on water. Single payer now. Legalize marijuana. Repeal the ridiculous Federal Switchblade Act.
