TickleMyElmosays...On the contrary. I think that this is a fantastic idea.
We see these snippets of hate and idiocy on the 'net all the time. We have righteous contempt for the hosts, and for the networks that carry them. But ultimately the source of their money is their advertisers. Normally we don't see this connection very clearly. A process like this helps the viewer turn their disgust into action, by refusing to put their own money into the machine.
I'd love to see a trend of including a list of those companies that advertised on the show being exposed, perhaps as a slide at the end of the video.
mizilasays...In all fairness I've been boycotting Wal-mart and Red Lobster for a long time now already. If that's what you wanna call it. I think their customers pretty much proudly support this kind of hate speech.
