Handcuffed woman nearly beaten to death by a cop

A handcuffed barely hundred-pound woman is thrown around an interrogation room, beaten, and pummeled by a cop. She ends up bleeding all over the floor and paramedics need to intervene, possibly saving her life. The aftereffects of the beating are some of the worst I've ever seen, and the now-fired policeman's lawyer has the balls to say that her injuries are a result of her "falling" on the floor.
